The saying goes, “April showers bring May flowers”
This week’s journaling prompt is to list the showers that are happening in your life right now on a left-hand side of your journal, or piece of paper.
Now imagine “flowers” or good things that could come out of each of these showers/challenges on the right-side page of the journal/paper.
The act of recording things that cause you anxiety will help to relieve it, and as you imagine positive outcomes, you help shift your thinking from negative to positive – from rain showers to flowers!
