When you examine yourself, what do you see?
Do you see flaws and fumbles, or a beautiful soul?

This week’s affirmation is self-examination with a twist!

  • Grab a dry erase marker and go to a mirror in your home.
  • As you look in the mirror, examine yourself as your best friend might, not only physically, but your personality, abilities, and strengths.
  • Write 3 things on the mirror that you love (or at least like) about yourself.
  • Each time you look in the mirror, repeat these things to yourself at least once.

By the end of the week, you may be quicker to see your positive qualities and less apt to be so critical of yourself!
