The way we talk to, and about ourselves impacts our journey more than we might think. I used to think this was a bunch of hooey, but gave in and gave it a try. What a difference it makes when I affirm myself and others in positive and encouraging ways.
On this page I will offer some affirmations for you to try, and encourage you to talk to yourself as if you are your best friend. After all, at the end of the day, we are stuck with ourselves! 🙂
I didn’t realize until recently that when I am feeling anxious or down I have a tendency to talk negatively to myself and put myself down for those feelings. I am learning to be more kind to myself, and as I do I find the anxiety lift and the clouds clear a bit. I hope to help you do the same!
