Why Have Hope For Life’s Journey?
So many of us struggle with feelings of depression, anxiety, of not being “enough” (whatever that means!) Maybe we complicate things by overthinking, or trying to meet everyone’s expectations, spoken or not. Instead of looking inside and seeing strength and beauty, we look on the outside and count the imperfections….and believe we are alone in our struggles.
I know I often do!
I created this blog to be a place of community. I am not a medical or mental health professional, just a woman who sees others struggling with identity, worth, and sometimes day to day life just like me, and I want you to know:
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
Juin us for conversations, encouragements, and even some challenges. This is intended to be a safe space where you can be heard and cared about. There is strength when women come together and lift each other up.
Walk with us, and find hope for life’s journey!

Meet your host
Hi! I’m Paula. I’ve been on a journey with depression for at least 30 of my 50+ years. I realized a few years ago that anxiety has also been on my path when it interrupted my journey in a BIG way.
Some days my path is clear and I enjoy the scenery along the journey. Other times I walk through deep valleys or climb steep hills that take my breath away. In my travels I meet others who do too.
I am grateful for my family, friends, and faith that support me along the way. My hope is that this blog can support you too.
Thanks for trusting me with your journey. I hope that along the way we can discover wonderful new adventures together.
